The Decayers:
The pegasus R/b, 25014, only visible for 45 secs before it hit shadow, 
	steady at around 4.0
The Scout R/b, 04222 observed running one sec late, if such a thing can
	be determined moving that fast; also steady at around 5.5.
	Needless to say, they were covering some arc real fast!
