1997-028E (#24832) SL-12 AUX MOTOR

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 2, 00:04 UTC - shows the decay at
                    1 November, 23:47 UTC +/- 07 minutes (12.6°S, 256.8°E)
MPM delivers with the last two ELSETs 99305.812... + 99305.872... the decay at
                    1 November, 23:52 UTC +/- 05 minutes (02.2°S, 259.0°E)
on a northbound pass over the Pacific. A detailed analysis of the reentry
trajectory confirms within the error margin this decay time and the final
point over the southern part of the Pacific. An indirect confirmation are
the negative reports from the USA Seesaters and - later - from the North
European observers.
