USA 32

Hi All

I am just writing in to ask a couple of questions relating to the radar spy
satellite USA 32......

the sky in the early evening (about 1100UT 2 November) heading roughly south
to north. At about its point of culmination it began to flicker 'wildly'.
What would have caused the satellite to do this? Is it coated with lots of
mirror-like plates such as Starshine, and rotating rapidly?

Thanks

Evan
