The Proton - R/B ( SSC 25545) shows in the last elsets (revs 102.0 & 103.7) a
relatively steady behavior. MPM and SGP4 give this decay time

                           Nov 27, 08:22 UTC +/- 25 min

That is a northbound pass just around the equator crossing (08:33 UTC, -65.1°)

By the way: In my last decay post was a misreading in respect to the Proton R/B
equator crossing. Forget it! (The correct values: 04:12 UTC, 1.64°)

MSTI 2: The last elset (98330.63486877)shows - in my opinion - a too large
increase in drag over the last hours. So we have divergent decay times between
SGP4 and MPM, about 12 hours. MPM gives now
