Zarya observed in a pass at 1835UT. Max brightness -1 steady
being as bright as Canopus. At a range of 400Km,
this is equal to mag +1 at 1000Km range.
Quicksat gives corresponding phase as 51 degrees.
Zarya was already 0.6 minutes late on elements
from OIG obtained after first boost for Nov 23,
so I assume the last adjustment mentioned by Vladimir
Agapov has occured as well.
