Just observed Proton 3rd Stage on a favourable pass over my house here =
in Melboune, Australia. =20
Observed fast flash period with very pronouced minimums of mag +3 =
against slow rise to maximum=20
of at least  -1.

Timed 21 'rotations' for a period of 1:41.53 giving rotational period of =
approx 4.8 seconds.. =20
Appeared to be on time as against predictions from elset obtained from =
OIG minutes earlier.

Here my timing is less certain as my time reference is synched to =
