More than a year ago, Bram and I wrote our first article about Iridium =
which was published in the November 1997 issue of Flemish astronomy =
magazine 'Heelal' (dutch for 'Universe'). It was written even before the =
flares could be predicted. As far as we know it is the *first* =
publication where Iridium *flares* are mentioned. Is this true or does =
someone know an older article (on paper, not on the Web) about this?

Thanks in advance,
Chris
