Assuming that the Russians launch at the scheduled time there will be a
visible pass in the Baltimore-Washington area at 5:24pm EST that evening.  It
should pass right to left about 12 deg. over the setting cresent moon at
5:24:50pm EST.   The final stage of the launch rocket should take the same
track +/- 10 minutes.
