The final elset for Pegsat ...

Pegsat 3.0 1.1 0.0 7.4 d 157 x 148 km
1 20546U 90028A 98318.05968535 .12940435 83560-6 36997-3 0 5456
2 20546 94.0548 141.9939 0006738 221.4001 138.5964 16.45024571482037

... has it only 0.7 second late on my final evolution. I put decay near
(or soon after) a southbound equator crossing at 05:04 UTC at 167 deg E.
This is just half an orbit earlier than Harro's MPM-predicted decay time
at 05:47:51 just before the northbound crossing.
