Any observations of the last orbits? PEGSAT is down early in the morning (UT).
Based on the last released elset our MPM program shows this decay time:
                         Nov 14, 05.47:51 UTC
on the northbound pass just before the equator crossing (05:48:23.7 UTC, 01.88E)
This agree with my earlier prediction.
Depending on PEGSATs tumbling behavior during the last hours there is a
possibility for an earlier decay:
                         Nov 14, 04:20:40 UTC
also a few minutes before northbound equator crossing (04:21:00 UTC, 23.748E)

Both datas are in good agreement with Alans predicted "decay window".
