Decay watch: Pegsat

Pegsat (#20546 = 90- 28 A) is approaching decay and may do so about
November 14.2 (+-0.5d) by my current estimate. It has observable passes
in both the morning and evening sky from mid-northern latitudes. Pegsat
enters eclipse while northbound near 50 deg N latitude at ~05:30 local
time and leaves eclipse while southbound near 32 deg N at ~18:00 local.
