The final elset for the PAS 8 Proton rocket is:

PAS 8 Proton r 158 x 144 km
1 25523U 98065B 98309.73546701 .10195438 12526-4 23742-3 0 237
2 25523 51.6020 122.0073 0010673 261.8064 98.1618 16.45485354 257

This was the latest of several elsets for this equator crossing but does
not change my conclusion that it may have decayed at about November 6.04
(~01h UTC).

              -----------------------------

The Orbcomm 21 Pegasus was running 8 seconds early on my prediction of
yesterday at the epoch of its latest elset:

Orbc21 Pegasus r 1.3 1.0 0.0 7.0 d 218 x 178 km
1 25483U 98053J 98310.63120280 .05574819 10410-4 12119-2 0 1188
2 25483 44.9513 330.2838 0030221 50.0637 310.3072 16.28105813 7060

I now predict its decay for November 7.50 (12h UTC +-5h).
