Here's the first elset from OIG associated with the TRMM launch:

This is an early elset generated during the first orbit.

The final target orbit for TRMM is 350km, which will be achieved gradually
during the initial two month systems checkout.  I don't know the status of
the ETS-7 target/chase satellite pair.  As of 0700 UT 11/28 no elsets for
ETS-7 had appeared on OIG.
