I have received an orbit from Rainer Kracht:
USA 116 RK 1020 x 260
1 23728U 95066A 97266.25358740 .00024077 00000-0 22388-3 0 01
2 23728 97.9454 16.0070 0541515 200.4988 157.1479 14.76583443 07
which indicates a perigee kick around 20:15 UT on Sep.11, or a few
orbits later, of -0.012 in MM. B*/ndot2 seem to be a short-term
maximum, so I have used a normal value for extrapolation:
USA 116 extrapolated 1012 x 260
1 23728U 95066A 97317.79986453 .00012931 75442-9 12330-3 0 53
2 23728 97.9454 67.0772 0536164 33.4866 329.9062 14.77971951 7623
This would put it 4h 17 after USA 129, and slowly closing.
Latest orbit of USA 129 from Mike McCants:
USA 129 1012 x 257
1 24680U 96072 A 97326.46819632 .00015500 00000-0 13533-3 0 02
2 24680 97.8380 24.6248 0538000 151.1442 208.8557 14.78424431 00
