Mir/Sputnik 40

Pretty neat. Mir came over as scheduled, AOS actually 1314 UTC, LOS at 1319.
But then, trailing behind (I don't know how accurate my distance judgement
under these conditions is), maybe 30 miles, + or -, got a 35 to 45-second
flash of what had to have been the model Sputnik. 
Once located, was able to track it almost a minute longer.
Mir easily Mag -1, Sputnik 40, Mag 0 during flash to +2 seconds later.
Really great sight. Undoubtedly better with a glass.
