Do IRIDIUMS pitch or roll ?

Good morning,

I took a picture of IRIDIUM 20 flare on october 28.
It can be seen on
 Association Normande d'Astronomie (ASNORA)
 http://www.cpod.com/monoweb/asnora/

The maximum brightness trail looks like a succession
of close flashes. So , in addition to the progressive glint
of the solar face, can the image be explained by a
proper motion of pitch, roll or lace of the satellite ?
