Despite some clouds I made the following obs:

Didn't see the predicted mag -5.7 flare of Iridium 21.
Possible saw one of the 97- 69 object at 17:45:41.4 UT when it passed just 
under Epsilon Hercules at mag 6, steady. Saw no other objects.

The period consist of two parts:
the total of the odd flashes is 32.19 sec over 10 periods -> 3.219
of the even flaskes this is     44.06 sec over 10 periods -> 4.406

The average is 3.813, as reported.
The odd periods varied between 3.09 and 3.52 sec,
the even periods between 4.18 and 4.60 sec.

So we have to speak of a period of 3.219 + 4.406 = 7.625 sec.
