Faulty TLE's

Hello everybody,

The 3 TLE's below have caused me some trouble.
The predictionprogram of the BWGS, SAT 4.75, gives a runtime error when
reading these tle's.
They are part of the 8300+ tle's I downloaded from Mike McCants FTP site
as ALLDAT.TLE from nov 8th 1997.
I made my own visual.tle file of almost 400 sats, including these 3.
Reading them in SAT4.75 didn't work.
I narrowed it down to these 3 by reading in parts of the file until I
got the runtime error.

The problem is with the three underlinde figures.

                                           ========

Adding a simple 0 (zero) before the dot (.) solves the problem.

Probably the same faults are in the ALLDAT.TLE file from last week, as
I got the same runetime error.

Hope this will help others who have the same problem
