I just compared this to the most recent prelaunch elset I posted.  For the
12:28 UT pass on 9 Nov here,  my elset was off about 0.6 degree in elevation
and 25 seconds late.   Will count this one as a good prelaunch elset.
It may be that the main portion of the error is in the different inclination
and mean motion.   Same problem as in most previous launches.   Look
forward to
some eyewitness obs of the early passes.
