Centaur fuel dump

The Titan IV was launched at 2:05UT Nov. 8.
The Centaur fuel dump ought to visible over almost the
entire United States sometime after 4:20UT.
It will 10000 miles above Arizona or Utah.
Elset before 4:10UT:

After 4:10UT, the inclination will change to 63 and the mean
motion will change to 1.98 and the eccentricity will change
to about 0.72. But you can't just change those values in
this elset since the epoch is wrong. It's pretty darn
cloudy here. :-(
