VAFB Public Affairs page and Florida Today now both indicate Nov. 8 at 7:34 PM PST (Nov. 9 at 03:34 UTC) as of 12:45 PM PST. I'm speculating that it was returned to Nov. 8 PST from Nov. 7 PST due to the Delta 2/GPS NavStar delay at Cape Canaveral (Boeing launch crew scheduling?). Jake Rees
