Titan 4A mission A-17 from Cape Canaveral Air Station
Nov. 6 at 7:45-9:45 PM EST (Nov. 7 UTC at 0045-0245 UTC).

Delta 2/Iridium MS-5 has been moved to one day earlier than
previously announced.  Now scheduled from Vandenberg Nov.
7 at 5:40:02-07 PM PST (Nov. 8 UTC at 01:40:02-07 UTC).

>From my just watching the satellite feed (G9/02) of the Delta 2/
GPS NavStar launch attempt today, Nov. 4 local:  It was scrubbed
due to boats off the coast.  The announcer said it is now scheduled
for Nov. 5 at 7:08 PM EST (Nov. 6 UTC at 00:08 UTC).  This one is
from Cape Canaveral Air Station.
