Cosmos 2326 approaching decay

Cosmos 2326 (#23748 = 95- 71 A) appears to be heading for decay on
November 8 according to my latest analysis. Although the evolution
suggests about November 8.4, it could be a day or more earlier if a
predicted geomagnetic storm impacts on November 6.
