As long as it keeps transmitting this ought to help find it.
When the track is north or south vs east and west we could find
the orbit given enough observations.
With mir I usually see it 12-15 seconds over the horizon but this
satellite is much weaker. Sorry I only catch it in the morning pass...gone to work.
