Just to tie up the unfinished business on this object.

The final two OIG elsets were:
Molniya-3 Platform 186 x 138
1 24642U 96060C 96331.53361208 .16856048 87429-5 40804-3 0 981
2 24642 62.7867 30.9799 0036580 105.0541 255.4054 16.41484076 5237
Molniya-3 Platform 170 x 130
1 24642U 96060C 96331.65528383 .17928891 88719-5 24540-3 0 993
2 24642 62.7825 30.4715 0030792 103.7783 256.6649 16.45887968 5252

...respectively 25 and 47 seconds late on the SatEvo prediction I posted
on Monday, the previous day. It is possible that it re-entered at
perigee on the second of these orbits, at Nov 26.67, but more likely
that it survived for one more orbit to about Nov 26.74.
