My local log suggests I have just posted an entirely blank message to
SeeSat-L :-( Apologies if this is the case and apologies, too, if my
earlier attempt succeeded and this is a repeat.

As I was saying...

OIG have released two new elsets for this object:
Molniya-3 Platform 306 x 165
1 24642U 96060C 96328.70107539 .02295957 83060-5 63610-3 0 811
2 24642 62.7957 42.5093 0106700 117.5782 243.6297 16.14123136 4773
Molniya-3 Platform 295 x 163
1 24642U 96060C 96329.19631018 .02442009 83506-5 59922-3 0 828
2 24642 62.7924 40.5202 0100085 117.0964 244.0436 16.16526372 4854

These show it running 6 and 12 seconds late respectively against the
SatEvo evolution I posted yesterday. A new SatEvo prediction leads to
decay about November 27.0. New SatEvo predicted elsets:
Molniya-3 Platform 287 x 162
