Decay of 96- 60 C (Molniya Platform)

The platform (#24642 = 96- 60 C) used in the launch of the Molniya-3 on
October 24 is approaching decay and is visible in the morning sky at my
latitude. A SatEvo orbit evolution satisfies the equator crossing times
for the most recent 11 OIG elsets (over 1.6 days) with a mean error of
less than 0.2 second and leads to decay at about November 26.9.
