But have been plagued by incredibly bad weather (last week worst single day snowfall since 1966). According to the latest elset (96327.39782732...see below) and TrakStar, I have a shot at an early morning low northern pass (alt. 22 degrees) on Nov.23/96 12:14UT. I think I'll need luck with this one even if it does clear. Low altitude and probably poor phase illumination because its heading towards the rising sun in the NE. As well I wonder just how reliable are the elsets? The prediction has already shifted 15 minutes and a dozen or so degrees from the 96323.19301250 elset.
