I have had a look at the orbits for this Cosmos, and have a period-time
curve plotted on graph paper [date along x-axis, plotted as day-of-year 1995,
with orbital period in minutes along y-axis, actually 1440/revs-per-day]
Extending the curve by eye, I get a decay date of day354 (December 23),
but there is quite a margin for error of maybe +or- 6 days. So I'm
confident that it will decay in the second half of December.
Anyone else got any ideas?

Best wishes Russell
