It was pointed out to me that this will actually be a fuel dump only - not a reentry burn too as usual. The orbit of the Centaur is such that it will reenter without a burn, apparently. As the dump is in earth shadow, this unfortunately means that nothing will be visible (as the dumped cloud of fuel droplets will n ot be illuminated). - Marco ----- Dr Marco Langbroek - SatTrackCam Leiden, the Netherlands. e-mail: sattrackcam_at_langbroek.org launchtower: http://launchtower.langbroek.org Station (b)log: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com Twitter: _at_Marco_Langbroek ----- _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-lReceived on Thu May 19 2022 - 09:00:06 UTC
