Imaged USA 21, the last of the SDS-1 launched in a Molniya orbit, which I had not noticed as matching up well with 90083 that was tracked since 2009. At some point, it was removed from classfd.tle but I don't have record of when. It looks like Peter Wakelin first ran across it:
