Observed the Starlink train during two passes (25 May 22:14 and 23:51 UT). Video from the second pass: https://vimeo.com/338482002 First pas I observed naked eye, second with binoculars. They were fainter than yesterday. The rearguard is much more spread-out too, a number of straglers after the main group passed. The train took over 2 minutes to fully pass the same star field. It also seemed to me that there was more short-term brightness variation. Space-Track now has elements for 3 objects. - Marco ----- Dr Marco Langbroek - SatTrackCam Leiden, the Netherlands. e-mail: sattrackcam_at_langbroek.org Station (b)log: http://sattrackcam.blogspot.com Twitter: _at_Marco_Langbroek ----- _______________________________________________ Seesat-l mailing list http://mailman.satobs.org/mailman/listinfo/seesat-lReceived on Sat May 25 2019 - 19:59:03 UTC
