Re: yaogan 6 tumble

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to observe this radar observation
satellite Yaogan 6 again.  It is clearly out of control flashing with a
period of 0.6s.   Some flashes are naked eye, but its magnitude intensity
is irregular, as one should expect.

On the photograph I took, flashes are clearly visible.
