The elements for Helios 1A date back to February 12, so are around 70
days old.
The deviation of just 3 minutes from prediction over those 10 weeks
testifies to
Mike's wizardry in producing elements from my single observation on that
date at 06:29:49.49 UT.
my magnitude estimates show that is was flaring wildly and irregularly,
reaching maxima of
magnitude +0.5.
I believe we have found the culprit.

Russell
