    NOTES:
    ------
    (1) NOSS 3-2 (A) [28095/03054A] is drifting further away from NOSS 3-2
        (C) [28097/03054C]. Mike's new elements are accurate and suggest
        the orbit of NOSS 3-2 (A) was lowered at May 23rd around 17:35UT.
    (2) NOSS 2 (A) [10502/77112A] was recovered by means of a planar
        search. It was 18 minutes late on 73 day old elements.
    (3) NOSS 4 (H) [13874/83008H] was also recovered using a planar
        search. It was a minute and a half late on 60 day old elements.
    (4) After some 40 to 50 days NOSS 3-1 (A) [26905/01040A] and (C)
        [26907/01040C] were seen again within 10s of the predictions.
