    The negative value for the mean anomaly may lead to problems with the
    software you are using. I think that strictly speaking the TLE format
    does not allow for negative angles. This is also the first time I have
    seen a negative angle in Mike's classfd.tle.
    
    The easiest way to fix it is to add 360 deg, giving this elset which
    gives very similar predictions to the 99204 elset.
