Seen this morning on a shadow exit pass, unfortunately I missed the exit and my time recording failed, but I can confirm accuracy is within less than a minute.

Weather permitting I  hope to do better on a similar pass tomorrow.

Passes  here are quite high elevation and easily seen 1X before dawn, so others in this region might like to check it out.

This is a reasonable fit to Alexander Repnoy's observations of 2012 May 19, 20 and 21 UTC:

    1 70001U          12142.79686343  .00000000  00000-0  00000-0 0    07
    2 70001  42.7980  97.6925 0070000 127.4448 328.5000 15.96700000    01

Predicted time should be accurate to better than one minute. Expect track errors of at least a couple of degrees.
