    He is certain that he observed OTV 2-1, but that its path was 3 to 4 degrees lower than predicted. Therefore, it appears
    that it was not a new manoeuvre that caused Kevin and I to miss it last night. Accordingly, I am scrapping the new
    search TLEs I posted earlier today (see below), and will attempt to improve the previous ~15.966 rev/d solutions in time
    to be useful to N. American observers tonight.
