1990-063B 20706 DFS Kopernikus 2 flashing nicely

    While following the 11014B & A-duo, I saw flashes by an unmoving object.
    Between the flashes it was invisible in my 750 binoculars.
    I identified it by Guide 8 and was expecting many candidates.
    It was a surprise that only one object was close to the position
    where I saw the flashes. It was obviously 90063B.
    I did not find a early PPAS-record of this super-geostationary satellite.
