These are based on Brad's Young's observations of 2012 May 17 and 18 UTC:

                                                             239 X 332 km
    1 70001U 12139.08975480 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 08
    2 70001 42.7980 120.9988 0070000 175.6029 184.5474 15.96631991 07

                                                             219 X 353 km
    1 70002U 12139.08973410 .00000000 00000-0 00000-0 0 00
    2 70002 42.7980 121.0105 0100832 169.7164 190.5803 15.96608587 00

The argument of perigee and eccentricity remain uncertain.

I suspect that Brad misidentified the reference stars of his third point of May 17; I offer this suggestion for the
    likely position:

    37375 11 010A 8336 G 20120517022320940 17 25 1559949+230869 28 S
