    99999 below seen while looking for FAST 1 & 2 (37227, 37380) which were not seen. 2 satellites in field in quick succession; first easily identified as Hai Yang 1B (31113), this one not found, similar mag 5, similar speed (~560 miles up), less inclined, at about 70 deg. IGS 1A (27698) not seen -2/+10 minutes. More fruitless attempts at sun-syncs, perhaps the crop being launched this week will provide some visual targets.
