NOTES:

(1) Trying a new way of doing things - at the moment a painful
process as I have not yet got APEX to work every time so most of
the above involved manual measuring. With such a large field
of view there are MANY geosats and other high objects in the
field of view - the record this time was 18 satellites - might
even have missed one or two. This way is ideal for searching for
new geosats/moved geosats etc but still needs some refining.
Something appears to go wrong in APEX if exposure is longer than
99 secs so suspect its a program only reading two fields for
exposure instead of three-the program computes the length of a star
trail in pixels and this is based on exposure so if exposure read
incorrectly the program cannot match a star field to the image as the
star trail length is wrong, so it looks like an error in software I
wrote but so far the location is not obvious as I am now mentally
exhausted! Ive probably done something stupid.
(2) Looks like PAN has moved again. Not seen where it last was.
(3) Vortex 6 appears to have done an orbit change.
(4) When APEX works it gives RMS error in RA as 3.18 arc sec or
0.421 pixel.
(5) Thank goodness its cloudy tonight - Ive had enough of
measuring for a while!!!
