Thin clouds and moonlight made for not quite perfect conditions. FIA Radar 2 (12-014A) was 33s late relative to an only 2-day-old elset. The 96-072A trails were faint on the images: point #2 (20:49:42.3) might be slightly off as the trail end was somewhat ambiguous. 96-072A briefly flared to mag. 0 near 20:49:50.5 UTC. I missed IGS 1B, probably because it was many minutes early and passed while I was photographing FIA Radar 2.
