R: USA-234 (FIA Radar 2) flare seen

    I added this surface to the satellite on the online program. I used the same
    orientation computed by Alexander (Tilt 49.5 deg, Angle -77 deg), which 
    corresponds to the flare time at 18.18.49 UTC.
    
    If the attitude control works as "vertical-along track", future flares can be 
    predicted:
