    Cloud chasing but at least no storms tonight. It was supposed to be clear but high cirrus left me not wanting to set up scope. 27699 was flaring brighter than Vega as it passed it - I had to use binoculars to find Vega, if that tells you anything about the cloud rills. FleetSatCom 3 (11669) was flashing to 5th magnitude from 3:00-3:15 UT, PPAS later. X-37B just a bit early.
