Standard magnitude (1000 km, 90 deg phase angle) of 90050A and 91076A is about
5.1; 96029A is about 5.6; their coefficient of phase is nearly zero, so their
magnitude is mostly affected by range. At mid-northern latitude, closest range
    is 8500 - 9000 km, with predicted mag 9 to 10.
