Meridian 2 satellite launch was observed in Finland.
At least two people have seen spectacular light phenomenon on May 22
at 00.57 local time (21.57 GMT).

The observation was made in Eastern Finland, near Lieksa.
At first they saw a bright rising vertical pillar in horizon. After a while the top
of the pillar begun to spread. This created a luminous cloud which was visible about
    20 minutes.

The phenomenon was also captured by a video camera. Unfortunately the material
is not yet available as video file, but they took some photos (very poor quality) from
    monitor screen. http://www.ursa.fi/blogit/jaostot/index.php.

    Best regards,
