After a grey day with rain, it unexpectedly cleared around 23h local time. The
sky was very bright but the seeing bad (lots of star flickering). I observed a
bright pass of the ISS, and then 09-023B (I had no time to properly prepare a
visual observation of 09-023A alas), followed by a nice pass of Progress-M66.

09-023B was clearly less bright (0.5 to 1.0 magnitude fainter) than a few nights
before, nothwithstanding a rather similar trajectory. It became much fainter
    once past the zenith.

One of the images captured a small meteor.
