Spaceflight Now reported at 15:25 UTC, that launch remains scheduled for launch
from VAFB today between 20:24 UTC and 20:52 UTC, on a Delta II 7920 rocket,
targeting a 900 km midnight sun-synchronous orbit. Observers north of about 30 N
    will have evening visibility.

Search elements remain as posted earlier:

In the event that the launch is delayed until later in the 28 min window, I will
    promptly post updated search elements.

The weather forecast for my location has improved considerably over the past 24
h, and I am now optimistic that I will be able to observe tonight. I have three
passes of the payload and two of the 2nd stage.
