Peter Wakelin has reported new observations of USA 202, confirming its recent
manoeuvre to approximately synchronous mean motion:

    http://satobs.org/seesat/May-2009/0001.html

It was a fraction of a second early and nearly on the track predicted by the
following elset, which was based on the assumption that it manoeuvred on Apr 28,
near the passage through perigee at 11:21:40 UTC, and employed a synthetic
    observation at that point:

    USA 202 35743 X 35829 km

For the update, I discarded the synthetic observation, and obtained a similar
    result:

    USA 202 35741 X 35831 km

Arc 20090429.03-0430.87 WRMS resid 0.002 deg

It is located near 44.34 E, drifting east about 0.012 deg/d.
